Mental health is a major problem that is often ignored in adolescents. Adolescents need to understand mental health in order to recognize themselves and communicate well in dealing with problems. Adolescents who have a healthy mentality can adapt well in facing challenges and changes. Mental health problems in adolescents are a concern for junior high school students (SMP) including at SMP Negeri 4 Tegallalang. This community service aims to increase awareness of adolescent mental health in junior high school students. The method used is providing material on mental health in adolescents including bullying words and how to deal with bullying. After providing the material, the event continued with questions and answers session. At the end of the activity, students were given a questionnaire as evaluation material for the implementation of the community service. A total of 39 students of SMP Negeri 4 Tegallalang participated in the community service activity and felt comfortable and very comfortable in sharing experiences, felt supported and very supported to seek help or talk about mental health. Students also felt able to reduce the stigma in society regarding adolescent mental health. Community service activities regarding mental health should be carried out continuously for adolescents, especially junior high school students, so that they become a strong and resilient mental foundation in facing challenges.
