Pengembangan Kurikulum PAI Melalui Program Unggulan Kelas Tahfidz Di MI Al-Ladunni Purwosari

Abstract

Abstrak Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Ladunni Purwosari merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan dasar yang berupaya mencetak generasi Qur’ani melalui program tahfidz. Program ini menjadi wadah penting dalam menumbuhkan kecintaan peserta didik terhadap Al-Qur’an sejak dini. Namun, dalam implementasinya masih dijumpai sejumlah hambatan, seperti keterbatasan tenaga pendidik yang berkompeten, kurangnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung, serta rendahnya konsistensi sebagian peserta didik dalam menjaga hafalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program tahfidz di MI Al-Ladunni Purwosari, menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi, serta menawarkan pengembangan yang relevan untuk memperbaiki kualitas program. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa program tahfidz di MI Al-Ladunni Purwosari berjalan cukup baik dengan metode ziyadah, muraja’ah, dan setoran hafalan. Hambatan yang paling dominan adalah faktor internal siswa berupa motivasi yang fluktuatif dan keterbatasan waktu karena harus menyeimbangkan antara hafalan dengan pelajaran umum. Meski demikian, guru tahfidz telah berupaya mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan memberikan bimbingan personal, memotivasi siswa melalui reward, serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program tahfidz di MI Al-Ladunni Purwosari berperan signifikan dalam membentuk karakter religius peserta didik, meskipun masih memerlukan strategi pengembangan lebih lanjut, terutama dalam peningkatan kompetensi guru, penguatan manajemen kelas tahfidz, dan penyediaan fasilitas yang memadai. Abstract Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Al-Ladunni Purwosari is one of the elementary educational institutions that strives to produce a generation of Qur'anic students through the tahfidz program. This program is an important forum in fostering students' love for the Qur'an from an early age. However, in its implementation, several obstacles are still encountered, such as limited competent teaching staff, lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure, and low consistency of some students in maintaining memorization. This study aims to describe the implementation of the tahfidz program at MI Al-Ladunni Purwosari, analyze the obstacles encountered, and offer relevant developments to improve the quality of the program. By using a qualitative approach through observation, interviews, and documentation, this study resulted in the finding that the tahfidz program at MI Al-Ladunni Purwosari is running quite well with the ziyadah, muraja'ah, and memorization deposit methods. The most dominant obstacles are internal factors of students in the form of fluctuating motivation and time constraints due to having to balance memorization with general lessons. Nevertheless, tahfidz teachers have attempted to overcome these obstacles by providing personalized guidance, motivating students through rewards, and creating a conducive learning environment. The results of this study conclude that the tahfidz program at MI Al-Ladunni Purwosari plays a significant role in shaping students' religious character, although further development strategies are still needed, particularly in improving teacher competency, strengthening tahfidz classroom management, and providing adequate facilities.
