The Abu Daiman Islamic boarding school adopts a takhassus learning system that deepens a discipline intensely in a relatively shorter time compared to learning programs in general because it has focused on certain fields of science which automatically have greater intensity in certain disciplines. The purpose of this study is to determine curriculum planning, implementation of curriculum management and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Takhassus program at the Abu Daiman Islamic Boarding School. To answer this problem, a qualitative approach was conducted. Data was collected using non-participant observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation methods from several related sources. Data analysis was carried out during and after the research took place and used an interactive analysis model. The results of the study indicate that curriculum planning uses the local curriculum and the curriculum in general, related to the takhassus program, which leads to the local curriculum where in addition to several plans designed by Islamic boarding schools, it is also guided by the book that has been formulated by the mambaul ulum bata-bata pesantren which is guided by the book. Nubdat Bayan. implementation of curriculum management starts from joint nadzoman, material provision, memorization deposit, demonstration, and evaluation, there are three divisions of evaluation, namely evaluation every day, every week, and every year. Some of the success factors are the strong desire of the caregivers, the full support of community leaders, and the mutual support of teachers and administrators.
