<![CDATA[Abstrak - Dalam perguruan tinggi sistem informasi digunakan untuk pengolahan data akademik yang sering dikenal dengan sebutan sistem informasi akademik (SIAKAD). Kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem informasi menjadi tolak ukur tingkat keberhasilan dalam penerapan atau penggunaan sebuah aplikasi cocok digunakan atau tidak dengan tujuan penggunanya. Dengan menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction yang terdapat variabel content, accuracy, format, ease of use dan timeliness yang dapat mengevaluasi pengguna sistem informasi secara keseluruhan berdasarkan pengalamannya dalam menggunakan sebuah sistem. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem maka diperlukan User satisfaction yang mana hasil akhir dari penelitian ini terdapat pada poin kepuasan ini. Dari hasil keseluruhan didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan secara berurutan adalah variabel content 96%, ease of use 94%, timeliness 89%, accuracy 88%, dan format 82,5%. Disarankan sistem SIAKAD UNISM dikelola secara efektif, sebaiknya dapat di minimalisir terjadinya error saat digunakan, dapat memperbarui informasi secara berkala dan bisa menggunakan feedback dari pengguna mengenai masalah keterlambatan agar segera mengambil tindakan perbaikan.Kata kunci: evaluasi, end user computing satisfaction, kepuasan pengguna, SIAKAD Abstract - In higher education, information systems are used for processing academic data, which are often known as academic information systems (SIAKAD). User satisfaction with an information system is a measure of the level of success in implementing or using an application whether it is suitable for use or not according to the user's goals. By using the End User Computing Satisfaction method which contains content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness variables which can evaluate information system users as a whole based on their experience in using a system. To find out the extent of user satisfaction with the system, User satisfaction is needed, where the final results of this research are at this satisfaction point. From the overall results, it was concluded that the variables that had a significant influence sequentially were the variables content 96%, ease of use 94%, timeliness 89%, accuracy 88%, and format 82.5%.
