PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI MONITORING HASIL PANEN DAN PRODUKSI DI PTPN III KEBUN SEI BARUHUR

Abstract: A monitoring information system is a monitoring activity to ensure the achievement of a company goal. PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) which operates in the oil palm plantation business. To facilitate monitoring of harvest yields and production results in the Sei Baruhur plantation, a monitoring information system is needed that makes it easier to monitor data collection on harvest yields and production results, where with this system managers can find out whether the incoming harvest results are in accordance with the production results produced, and know that the reported harvest results are the same as those sent to PKS, as well as the reported production results are the same as those sent. Having this system can reduce difficulties that can later be detrimental to the company itself, where errors will occur in recording harvest results and inappropriate production results. The system development method uses RAD (Rapid Application Development), the PHP programming language and MySQL database. Keywords: monitoring system, harvest results, production results, website Abstrak: Sistem informasi monitoring adalah kegiatan pemantauan untuk menjamin akan tercapainya sebuah rencana perusahan. PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) merupakan perusahaan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit. Untuk mempermudah kegiatan pemantauan hasil panen dan hasil produksi di kebun sei baruhur diperlukan sistem informasi monitoring yang memudahkan dalam memantau pendataan hasil panen dan hasil produksi, dimana dengan adanya sistem ini manajer bisa mengetahui apakah hasil panen yang masuk sesuai dengan hasil produksi yang dihasilkan, dan mengetahui bahwa hasil panen yang dilaporkan sama dengan yang dikirim ke PKS, begitu juga dengan hasil produksi yang dilaporkan sama dengan yang dikirm. Dengan adanya sistem ini dapat mengurangi kesulitan yang nantinya dapat merugikan pihak perusahaan sendiri, dimana akan terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan hasil panen dan hasil produksi yang tidak sesuai. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan RAD (Rapid Application Development), bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Kata kunci: sistem monitoring, hasil panen, hasil produksi, website
