Abstrak: Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan salah satu bagian penting di lingkungan masyarakat salah satunya ialah lingkungan sekolah. Peran PHBS di lingkungan sekolah akan membantu dalam mengawasi kesehatan anak-anak di sekolah. Berbagai metode pendekatan dapat digunakan untuk melindungi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan di kalangan anak-anak sekolah, salah satunya melaui media permainan snake ladders serta pemberian healthy sanitary kit dan lunch box set. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran akan pentingnya PHBS pada anak-anak di MDTA Istiqomah melalui media pembelajaran permainan snake ladders serta didukung pembagian healthy sanitary kit dan lunch box set. Metode penyuluhan dilakukan dengan cara pemberian materi dengan menggunakan alat peraga berupa permainan edukatif snake ladders dan pemberian kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan penyuluhan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan sebanyak 120 responden yang mengisi kuesioner dengan 10 pertanyaan untuk melihat perbandingan pengetahuan sebelum (pretest) dan sesudah (posttest) saat penyuluhan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari nilai pre-test sebesar 50,83% menjadi 94% pada post-test, yang mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan media permainan ular tangga efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan responden tentang PHBS di MDTA Istiqomah.Abstract: Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is an important part of the community environment, one of which is the school environment. The role of PHBS in the school environment will help in monitoring the health of children at school. Various approaches can be used to protect and improve health knowledge among school children, one of which is through the snake ladders game media and the provision of healthy sanitary kits and lunch box sets. This community service activity aims to increase knowledge and awareness of the importance of PHBS in children at MDTA Istiqomah through the snake ladders game learning media and supported by the distribution of healthy sanitary kits and lunch box sets. The counseling method is carried out by providing material using teaching aids in the form of educational snake ladders games and providing questionnaires before and after the counseling activity. This community service activity involved 120 respondents who filled out a questionnaire with 10 questions to see the comparison of knowledge before (pretest) and after (posttest) during the counseling.
