Whether through films, soap operas, music, advertising, novels and even the news, women become the center of the story. Construction for the sake of construction, do not ever run away from what should be and how it should be women. This is why the study of women never lead. Konstruksi demi konstruksi, diselingi dengan dekonstruksi demi dekonstruksi, tidak pernah jauh berlari dari apa yang harus dan bagaimana seharusnya perempuan. Inilah mengapa kajian perempuan seperti air yang tidak sampai juga ke hulunya. Begitu juga dengan rok mini yang identik dengan perempuan. Sejak kemunculannya di awal tahun 1960an, tren rok mini selalu diiringi dengan kontroversi. Media menjadi salah satu elemen yang dapat menguatkan dua posisi. Apakah mendorong semangat pembebasan idaman kaum perempuan atau justru menjadi pelaku utama eksploitasi. Perempuan penggemar rok mini ada di persimpangan jalan. ]]>
