<![CDATA[This community service activity aims to introduce the working world to students of the Civil Engineering Program at Universitas Widya Kartika, focusing on preparing graduates to compete in the construction industry. The activity was conducted online via Google Meet, and was attended by students from Universitas Widya Kartika. The material was delivered by an industry practitioner who provided insights into the latest construction technology developments and green building, as well as the importance of soft skills development. Evaluation results showed that this activity was highly beneficial in enhancing students' understanding of the challenges of the working world and offering practical advice on preparing for entry into the construction industry. In conclusion, this activity successfully bridged the gap between the theoretical knowledge learned in university and real-world practice, offering valuable guidance for better career preparation. ]]>
