Abstract

Vaksinasi Covid-19 merupakan kebijakan pemerintah dalam menekan angka penyebaran Covid-19. Usaha pemerintah menekan penyebaran virus Covid-19 tidak sepenuhnya berjalan mulus, dimana masih terdapat pro dan kontra terkait dengan keamanan vaksin. Salah satu desa yang terdampak dengan isu miring ini adalah Desa Lhong Cut. Untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat penyakit tidak menular, riwayat Covid-19, kesediaan untuk divaksin, keamanan vaksin dengan persepsi masyarakat terhadap penerimaan vaksin Covid-19 di Desa Lhong Cut Kecamatan Banda Raya Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2022. Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif analitik dengan desain Cross-Sectional dengan populasi 540 dan sampel 84 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 12-18 Maret 2022, cara pengumpulan data dengan  wawancara menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner, data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 42,9% masyarakat memiliki riwayat penyakit tidak menular, memiliki riwayat Covid-19 15,5%, tidak bersedia divaksin 27,4% dan yang menyatakan vaksin tidak aman 22,6%. Hasil uji statistik ada hubungan antara riwayat penyakit tidak menular (p value 0,020), kesediaan untuk divaksin (p value 0,000), keamanan vaksin (p value 0,000) dengan persepsi masyarakat terhadap penerimaan vaksin Covid-19 di Desa Lhong Cut Kecamatan Banda Raya Kota Banda Aceh tahun 2022.Kata kunci : Vaksinasi Covid-19, Riwayat Penyakit Tidak Menular, Riwayat Covid-19, Kesediaan Untuk Divaksin, Keamanan VaksinThe Covid-19 vaccination is a government policy to reduce the spread of Covid-19. The government's efforts to suppress the spread of the Covid-19 virus have not completely gone smoothly, where there are still pros and cons related to vaccine safety. One of the villages affected by this skewed issue is Lhong Cut Village. This study aims to determine the relationship between history of non-communicable diseases, history of Covid-19, willingness to be vaccinated, vaccine safety with public perception of the acceptance of Covid-19 vaccine in Lhong Cut Village, Banda Raya District, Banda Aceh City in 2022. The research method is descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional design. Sectional with a population of 540 and a sample of 84 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The study was conducted on March 12-18 2022, the method of collecting data was by interview using a questionnaire measuring instrument, the data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. The results showed that 42.9% of the population had a history of non-communicable diseases, 15.5% had a history of Covid-19, 27.4% were not willing to be vaccinated and 22.6% stated that the vaccine was not safe. The results of statistical tests showed a relationship between history of non-communicable diseases (p value 0.020), willingness to be vaccinated (p value 0.000), vaccine safety (p value 0.000) with public perception of receiving Covid-19 vaccine in Lhong Cut Village, Banda Raya District, Banda City.
