This study aims to determine: the influence of work culture, work motivation and educational supervision on teacher performance, the influence of work culture on teacher performance, the influence of work motivation on teacher performance, the influence of educational supervision on teacher performance. The research method is quantitative. The population of this study were teachers in elementary schools in Wonosari Gunungkidul Yogyakarta, a total of 505 people. The sample in this study was taken by total sampling, a total of 205 people. The instrument used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is product moment correlation at a significant level α = 0.05. The results showed that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of work culture, work motivation and educational supervision on teachers' performance. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of work culture on teacher performance. (3) There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on teacher performance. (4) There is a positive and significant effect of educational supervision on teacher performance.
