<![CDATA[Waste bank have become an innovative solution to overcome environmental problems while improving community welfare. This research aims to analyze the role of waste banks in increasing community income through sustainable waste management. The research method used is a qualitative approach using in-depth interview techniques, direct observation and document analysis at a number of waste banks in various regions. The research results show that the waste bank makes a significant contribution to increasing community income through waste exchange programs for economic value, recycling training, and community empowerment. Apart from that, waste bank activities are able to raise public awareness about the importance of responsible waste management, create new business opportunities, and strengthen social solidarity at the local level. In this way, waste banks not only act as waste managers, but also as a driving force for a community-based economy. This research recommends strengthening government support and collaboration with the private sector to increase the scale and impact of waste banks in society.]]>
