Hypertension in pregnancy is categorized as one of the complications of pregnancy in addition to bleeding and infection. Hypertension (high blood pressure) is a condition where the systolic has increased by 140 mmHg or more and the diastolic has reached 90 mmHg or more. This study aims to determine the management of physiotherapy in lowering blood pressure and helping to overcome problems that arise due to hypertension in pregnant women with hydrotherapy and progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) modalities. After doing physiotherapy using hydrotherapy and progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) with a dose of 6 times for 6 consecutive days, the results were a decrease in blood pressure, a decrease in pain and a decrease in muscle spasm. Hydrotherapy and progressive muscle relaxation (PMR) can lower blood pressure, reduce pain and reduce muscle spasm
