Abstract

This research is entitled Improving the Learning Outcomes of Class V Students on 3M Material (Reducing, Reusing and Recycling Waste) by Applying the Cooperative Role Playing Model. This research is motivated by student learning outcomes which are still below the KKM in Indonesian language subjects and teachers who teach do not use a variety of models in learning.This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method using steps consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection in each cycle. This research was carried out in 2 cycles.The conclusion obtained from this research is that the use of a Role Playing type cooperative model can improve the learning outcomes of class V students in chapter VIII love the earth. Thus, the use of this model can be used as a learning model to be applied to Indonesian language learning in elementary schools.
