This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which aims to improve students' cognitive learning outcomes through animated video media in class V science learning at SD Inpres Mangasa. The subjects in this research were 15 students in class V of SD Inpres Mangasa for the 2024/2025 academic year, consisting of 8 girls and 7 boys. Data collection techniques use observation sheets, documentation, and learning outcomes tests, data analysis techniques are quantitative descriptive. The research results show that animated video media can improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Inpres Mangasa. The increase in student learning outcomes can be seen from the value of learning outcomes in cycle I which reached the KKM as many as 6 students or 40%, while in cycle II there were 12 students or 80%. Therefore, it can be concluded that improving students' cognitive learning outcomes through animated video media in class V science learning at SD Inpres Mangasa has classically achieved the success criteria.
