<![CDATA[This research aims to understand the entrepreneurial process and identify factors that encourage or hinder the success of a business. Qualitative methods with a descriptive approach were used in this research, with data analysis based on literature and MSME case studies. The research results show that entrepreneurial success is influenced by the entrepreneur's ability to innovate, take advantage of opportunities, and adapt to change. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami proses kewirausahaan serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendorong atau menghambat keberhasilan suatu usaha. Metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan analisis data berdasarkan literatur dan studi kasus UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan kewirausahaan dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan wirausahawan untuk berinovasi, memanfaatkan peluang, dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan.]]>
