Abstract: This research aims to describe the application of the principle of play while learning in developing children's fine motor skills through the constructive Lego play method and to describe the level of fine motor skills in PAUD children with mothers' love through the constructive Lego play method. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique with a population of 21 people and 21 research subjects. The data collection techniques used were observation tests, interviews and documentation. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative. So the conclusion from the percentage results for the BB (Not Yet Developed) category is 3.5%, MB (Starting to Develop) at 6.5%, BSH (Developing According to Expectations) at 36% and BSB (Developing Very Well) at 54% and the conclusion that What can be taken from the application of the principle of playing while learning in developing children's fine motor skills is that through playing children can gain various abilities such as communication skills, language skills, social skills, emotional management skills and the ability to think logically.Keywords: Application of the principle of playing while learning, skills children's fine motor skillAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan prinsip bermain sambil belajar dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak melalui metode bermain lego konstruktif dan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat keterampilan motorik halus pada anak PAUD kasih ibu melalui metode bermain lego konstruktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penentuan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah populasi 21 orang dan subyek penelitian 21 orang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Jadi kesimpulan dari hasil persentase kategori BB (Belum Berkembang) yaitu 3,5%, MB (Mulai Berkembang) sebesar 6,5%, BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) sebesar 36% dan BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik) sebesar 54% dan kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penerapan prinsip bermain sambil belajar dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak adalah melalui bermain anak dapat memperoleh berbagai kemampuan seperti kemampuan berkomunikasi, kemampuan berbahasa, kemampuan bersosialisasi, kemampuan memanajemen emosi dan kemampuan berpikir secara logis.Kata Kunci: Penerapan prinsip bermain sambil belajar, keterampilan motorik halus anak
