Abstract

Implementing of nonformal education program at PKBM didn’t show individual and sustinable yet so it appeared impression inconsistency and less profesionally in management. There were many nonformal education program which were implemented by PKBM had many obstacles in conducting program, and it was regardless from supporting human resources especially funding. The purpose of this research was to analysis fund raising strategy in implementing nonformal education strategy which was conducted by PKBM Ceria. This research used case study method with qualitative approach. The data resources in this research was management, teacher of PKBM Ceria and supervisor of PLS/PNF. Technique of data collection used interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used interactive analysis model namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verivication or conclusion drawing. Technique of data validity used resources triangulation. Conclusion of this research was fund raising strategy in implementing PNF program which was conducted by PKBM Ceria used public education strategy, fund service strategy, and competency strategy to central or district goverment institution which had been relevant with implementing of nonformal education.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of gadget use on elementary school children's emotional and social development through a comprehensive literature review. This study covers Scopus-indexed literature from 2019 to 2023, It focuses on how children's usage of gadgets affects their cognitive, linguistic, physical, and social-emotional development. The findings of the study demonstrate that attention span issues can result from excessive gadget use, sleep problems, and decreased physical activity, hindering children's emotional and social development. Children who frequently use gadgets tend to have lower social skills and are less sensitive to the environment around them. Although technology improves language skills and access to educational information, its negative impacts cannot be ignored. Therefore, parents and educators must monitor and limit children's screen time. This study recommends screen time limits based on the child's age: For kids ages 0 to 2, there should be no screen time; for kids ages 3 to 8, there should be less than 60 minutes per day; and for kids ages 6 to 8, there should be no more than 60 minutes per day. Technology use can be maximized without jeopardizing critical areas of a child's development when it is supervised properly.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the application of the principle of play while learning in developing children's fine motor skills through the constructive Lego play method and to describe the level of fine motor skills in PAUD children with mothers' love through the constructive Lego play method. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. The sample was determined using a saturated sampling technique with a population of 21 people and 21 research subjects. The data collection techniques used were observation tests, interviews and documentation. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative. So the conclusion from the percentage results for the BB (Not Yet Developed) category is 3.5%, MB (Starting to Develop) at 6.5%, BSH (Developing According to Expectations) at 36% and BSB (Developing Very Well) at 54% and the conclusion that What can be taken from the application of the principle of playing while learning in developing children's fine motor skills is that through playing children can gain various abilities such as communication skills, language skills, social skills, emotional management skills and the ability to think logically.Keywords: Application of the principle of playing while learning, skills children's fine motor skillAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan prinsip bermain sambil belajar dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak melalui metode bermain lego konstruktif dan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat keterampilan motorik halus pada anak PAUD kasih ibu melalui metode bermain lego konstruktif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Penentuan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah populasi 21 orang dan subyek penelitian 21 orang. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah tes observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Jadi kesimpulan dari hasil persentase kategori BB (Belum Berkembang) yaitu 3,5%, MB (Mulai Berkembang) sebesar 6,5%, BSH (Berkembang Sesuai Harapan) sebesar 36% dan BSB (Berkembang Sangat Baik) sebesar 54% dan kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penerapan prinsip bermain sambil belajar dalam mengembangkan keterampilan motorik halus anak adalah melalui bermain anak dapat memperoleh berbagai kemampuan seperti kemampuan berkomunikasi, kemampuan berbahasa, kemampuan bersosialisasi, kemampuan memanajemen emosi dan kemampuan berpikir secara logis.Kata Kunci: Penerapan prinsip bermain sambil belajar, keterampilan motorik halus anak

Abstract

Abstract In order to carry out holistic teaching, the principal of Addrain Nahdatul Wathon Islamic Junior High School (SMP) East Lombok Regency initiated to organize training on the use of the Canva application to improve the competence of teachers. This training aims to equip teachers with graphic design skills that are not only relevant to the needs of the world of work, but also useful in their daily lives. This training also reflects the school's commitment to providing relevant and quality education for all its students. The method used is the lecture method, and the practice of creating a design using the Canva application while playing. The result of this training is that the training carried out has succeeded in improving teachers' competence in graphic design, which is very relevant to the needs of education in the digital era. Through this training, teachers not only gain technical skills in creating engaging and effective learning media, but also increase their creativity and confidence in using technology to support the teaching and learning process. This training not only enriches their professional abilities, but also opens up opportunities to develop their careers and be creative outside the classroom.Key Words: Training, Learning Media, Canva App, SMP TeachersAbstrak Dalam rangka melaksanaka pembelakajaran secara holistik kepala sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) Islam Addrain Nahdatul Wathon Kabupaten Lombok Timur berinisiasi agar menyelenggarakan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Canva untuk meningkatkan kompetensi para guru. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali para guru dengan kemampuan desain grafis yang tidak hanya relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, tetapi juga bermanfaat dalam kehidupan sehari-harinya. Pelatihan ini juga mencerminkan komitmen sekolah dalam menyediakan pendidikan yang relevan dan berkualitas bagi seluruh peserta didiknya. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, dan praktik membuat desain menggunakan aplikasi Canva sambil bermain. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah pelatihan yang dilaksanakan berhasil meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam desain grafis, yang sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan pendidikan di era digital. Melalui pelatihan ini, para guru tidak hanya memperoleh keterampilan teknis dalam membuat media pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif, tetapi juga meningkatkan kreativitas dan kepercayaan diri mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk mendukung proses belajar mengajar. Pelatihan ini tidak hanya memperkaya kemampuan profesional mereka, tetapi juga membuka peluang untuk mengembangkan karier dan berkreasi di luar kelas.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Media Pembelajaran, Aplikasi Canva, Guru SMP

Abstract

Pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis potensi lokal kepada guru-guru PAUD se-Kecamatan Jerowaru di PAUD Al-Akram bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal sebagai sumber belajar. Pelatihan ini melibatkan guru-guru PAUD dalam proses pembuatan media pembelajaran yang relevan dan kontekstual, sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan anak-anak dalam proses belajar. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah workshop dan praktik langsung, di mana peserta diberikan materi tentang pentingnya potensi lokal dalam pendidikan, teknik pembuatan media pembelajaran, serta penerapan media tersebut dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa guru-guru PAUD mampu mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif dengan memanfaatkan potensi lokal, seperti budaya, lingkungan, dan kearifan lokal. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang pentingnya integrasi potensi lokal dalam kurikulum PAUD. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan bermakna, serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di wilayah Kecamatan Jerowaru.

Abstract

This study explores the role of literacy and emotional intelligence as essential competencies in informal learning for Industry 5.0, emphasizing the need for adaptive skills to navigate technological advancements balanced with human values. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, the research analyzed publications from 2021 to 2024 in the Scopus database, focusing on studies that address literacy, emotional intelligence, informal learning, and critical competencies for Industry 5.0. Findings reveal that social-emotional skills, digital literacy, and future literacy are foundational for preparing individuals to thrive in complex work and social environments. Evidence suggests that early development of social-emotional learning (SEL) enhances cognitive and interpersonal skills, fostering resilience and adaptability. Informal learning through social activities, sports, and future-oriented reflections strengthens competencies in self-regulation, empathy, and critical thinking, which are essential in rapidly changing contexts. The study recommends integrating SEL into both formal and informal curricula, promoting digital and emotional literacy training, embedding future literacy, and enhancing community-based activities. These strategies can better equip individuals for the collaborative and adaptive demands of Industry 5.0, bridging the gap between technical expertise and human-centred skills.

Abstract

Borok Toyang Village, as one of the regions with a high number of female migrant workers, faces significant challenges in parenting due to parental migration. This study aims to enhance the capacity of migrant worker families through community-based parenting practices. The activity involved 30 participants, including parents, substitute families, and other community members. Methods included workshops, information services, direct discussions, and case studies. The results showed that the participants' average understanding scores increased from 45 to 80, with 85% of participants reporting improved understanding and 70% feeling more confident in implementing parenting strategies. Key challenges identified included limited knowledge of children's emotional needs and reliance on substitute caregivers. This community-based approach proved effective in enhancing the understanding and skills of migrant worker families, involving village authorities and the community as key supporters. This program provides a strong foundation for replication in other communities facing similar conditions

Abstract

Education is one of the most important things in life, sometimes education is a measure of caste in society. In the educational process there is such a thing as teaching and being taught. Our Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKN-T) was held in Grujugan village, Pamekasan Regency. Our aim in carrying out KKNT in the village is to help improve the quality of education for children in the village. Many of the teaching staff there are already old so it is very difficult to follow the development of children who are very active in learning, as a result the learning process is less than optimal. Thus, this article has the title Optimizing the Role of KKNT Students as Teaching Personnel in Improving Education in Grujugan Village. The results of our KKNT activities provide an illustration of the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of the children regarding the role of students as teaching staff in helping education in Grujugan village through educational activities.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) obtain an overview of the Democratic Leadership of the principal at SMPN 13 Mataram, (2) obtain an overview of the Teachers' Work Climate at SMPN 13 Mataram, and (3) find out how the Democratic Leadership of the Principal influences the Teachers' Work Climate at SMPN 13 Mataram in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. This study is an ex post facto study with a quantitative approach and correlational design. Data were collected using a questionnaire method and also supported by documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that (1) the description of the democratic leadership of the principal with a good category amounted to 76.6%, sufficient 23.4% and less than 0%; (2) the description of the teacher's work climate with a good category amounted to 78.7% and sufficient 21.3% while less than 0%; and (3) the results of the regression analysis provide a t-value of 16.22 with a significance level of 0.000 so that it becomes the basis for rejecting H0 and accepting Ha. The conclusion that was then drawn, specifically related to hypothesis testing, was that the principal's Democratic Leadership had a significant influence on the teacher work climate at SMP Negeri 13 Mataram in the 2018/2019 Academic Year. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) memperoleh gambaran mengenai Kepemimpinan Demokratis kepala sekolah di SMPN 13 Mataram, (2) memperoleh gambaran mengenai Iklim Kerja guru di SMPN 13 Mataram, dan (3) mengetahui bagaimana Kepemimpinan Demokratis Kepala Sekolah berpengaruh terhadap Iklim Kerja Guru di SMPN 13 Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eks post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan desain korelasional. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode angket dan didukung juga oleh dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) gambaran mengenai kepemimpinan demokratis kepala sekolah dengan kategori baik yang berjumlah 76,6%, cukup 23,4% dan kurang 0%; (2) gambaran mengenai iklim kerja guru dengan kategori baik berjumlah 78,7% dan cukup 21,3% sedangkan kurang 0%; dan (3) hasil analisis regresi memberikan nilai t-hitung sebesar 16,22 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 sehingga menjadi dasar untuk menolak H0 dan menerima Ha. Kesimpulan yang kemudian diambil, khusus terkait pengujian hipotesis, adalah bahwa Kepemimpinan Demokratis kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap iklim kerja guru di SMP Negeri 13 Mataram Tahun Ajaran 2018/2019.
