<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to determine the impact of competency and work discipline on the work performance of employees at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population of state civil servants at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service is 34 ASN. The sample in this study was 34 employees with ASN status with a sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between competency and work discipline on the work performance of ASN employees at the Bima Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service.]]>
