Abstract

This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of situational leadership and communication patterns on employee work discipline at PT. PLN Tarakan Partners PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Woha. This type of research is associative using quantitative data. The population and sample in this research were 55 employees using a total sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 24 for Windows. The research results show that there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership and communication patterns on employee work discipline at PT. PLN Tarakan Partners PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Woha.

Abstract

Manajemen sumber daya manusia adalah suatu proses yang terdiri atas perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengarahan dan pengadaan, pengendalian, pengembangan, kompensasi, pengintergrasian, promosi, evaluasi pekerjaan, dan pemutusan hubungan kerja guna mencapai tujuan yang ditetapkan. Tujuan penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui pengaruh keterlibatan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada dinas pariwisata dan kebudayaan kota bima . Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah dan rumusan masalah yang ada, karateristik masalah yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang menjelaskan hubungan kausal dan menguji keterkaitan antara beberapa variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis atau penelitian penjelasan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel yang berhasil diperoleh dan di analisi 42 pegawai berstatus ASN. Hasil penelitian menunjukan variabel keterlibatan kerja dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara simultan signifikan terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. Variabel keterlibatan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara keseluruhan memberikan kontribusi terhadap variabel kepuasan kerja. dinas pariwisata dan kebudayaan kota bima untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan terhadap variabel motivasi kerja dan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, juga dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Kerja yang melibatkan pegawai dalam setiap kegiatan organisasi serta melakukan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan hasil kinerja untuk menjamin konsistensi.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan terkait pembuatan dendeng bandeng kemasan bagi masyarakat khususnya ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Donggobolo Kecamatan Woha Kabupaten Bima dan untuk mengetahui respon ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Donggobolo terhadap pelatihan pembuatan dendeng bandeng kemasan. Adapun metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, metode tanya jawab dan latihan dalam pembuatan dendeng bandeng kemasan. Pelatihan ini melibatkan para anggota mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata yang didampingi oleh dosen pendamping dari Prodi Manajemen dengan peserta para ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Donggobolo. Terdapat hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan dendeng bandeng yang dilakukan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Donggobolo adalah (1) hasil evaluasi terhadap olahan dendeng bandeng kemasan yang dibuat peserta pelatihan secara umum termasuk kategori baik dengan rata-rata keberhasilan 75%, (2) respon dari ibu-ibu PKK terhadap pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan olahan bandeng ini sangat baik, dilihat dari kehadiran mencapai 100% dan mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini untuk memberikan pelatihan terkait pembuatan kerupuk kanti varian rasa dalam memberdayakan masyarakat khusunya bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Raba Baka Kabupaten Dompu dan untuk mengetahui respon ibu-ibu rumah tangga di Desa Raba Baka terhadap pelatihan pembuatan kerupuk kanti. Adapun metode kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi, metode tanya jawab dan latihan dalam pembuatan dan pengolahan kerupuk kanti. Pelatihan ini melibatkan para anggota mahasiswa Kuliah Kerja Nyata yang didampingi oleh dosen pendamping dari Prodi Manajemen dengan peserta para ibu-ibu PKK dan ibu rumah tangga di Desa Raba Baka. Adapun hasil dari pelatihan pembuatan kerupuk kanti varian rasa yang di yaitu (1) hasil evaluasi terhadap olahan kerupuk kanti yang dibuat peserta pelatihan secara umum termasuk kategori baik dengan rata-rata keberhasilan 80%, (2) tanggapan dari ibu-ibu PKK dan ibu rumah tangga dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan pembuatan olahan kerupuk kanti ini sangat baik, dilihat dari kehadiran mencapai 85% dan mengikuti kegiatan dari awal hingga akhir.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether work life balance and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee morale at the Bima City Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Department. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 64 employees consisting of 34 civil servants, 7 honorary employees and 23 contract employees. The sample in this research was 34 Civil Servants with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that there is a partially significant positive influence of Work Life Balance on employee morale, there is a partial positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee morale, there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of Work Life Balance and the work environment on employee morale in Bima City Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of work ethic and work discipline on the performance of employees at the Bima City transportation service. The research method used is associative research. The sample for this research was 34 ASN employees, with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling, analytical tools. The validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear test, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, f test and t test are used. The aim is to find out whether work ethic has a significant effect. partially on the performance of employees at the Bima City Transportation Service, Does work discipline have a partially significant effect on employee performance at the Bima City Transportation Service, Does work ethic and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Bima City Transportation Service.

Abstract

This research is an associative research which aims to determine the effect of communication and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. The research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements using a Likert scale measurement. The population used is all employees at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. as many as 56 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 49 ASNs. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. Data analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, F test. The results showed that communication and work motivation affect employee job satisfaction in the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. The magnitude of the influence of communication and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Department of Industry and Trade of Bima Regency. by 69.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial significant effect of work environment on employee work discipline, to determine the partial significant effect of organizational commitment on employee work discipline, to determine the simultaneous significant effect of work environment and organizational commitment on employee work discipline at the Department of Population and Registration Bima Regency civil servant. The population in this study were 120 employees consisting of 35 civil servants, 21 honorary employees and 64 non-permanent employees. The sample in this study were 35 civil servants using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques used validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, classic assumption test, multiple correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination, t test and f test with the help of SPSS version 22 for windows. The results showed that there was a partial positive and significant effect of the work environment on employee work discipline, there was no partial positive and significant effect of organizational commitment on employee work discipline, there was a positive and significant simultaneous effect of work environment and organizational commitment on employee work discipline in Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency.

Abstract

of the Bima College of Economics (STIE) This study aims to analyze the influence of supervision and work motivation on the work discipline of teachers and employees at SDN 21 Bima City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to teachers and employees at SDN 21 Bima City. The results of the study show that supervision has a significant influence on work discipline, where effective supervision can improve the discipline of teachers and employees. In addition, work motivation was also found to have a significant positive impact on work discipline. The combination of good supervision and high work motivation has been shown to improve the overall level of work discipline. These findings have important implications for school management in an effort to improve work discipline through effective supervision and work motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work ability on the work performance of employees at the Office of the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Bima City. The research method used is a quantitative approach with survey techniques. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to Bima City BKKBN employees. The results of the study show that work discipline and work ability significantly affect employee work performance. Good work discipline can improve employee performance, while adequate work skills also make a positive contribution to work performance. This finding provides practical implications for BKKBN management in an effort to improve employee work performance through strengthening discipline and developing work skills.
