Kampung Cijantur is one of the villages in the highlands of Rabak Village, Rumpin District, Bogor Regency. Kampung Cijantur can be said to be a village that is quite underdeveloped because of the many problems this village is experiencing, starting from the uncertain main livelihood of the community, they only farm with uncertain harvest times. Most of the people's work in Rabak Village is coffee farming. Many workers experience Musculoskeletal disorders. Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are diseases that have symptoms that affect the muscles, nerves, tendons, ligaments, joints, cartilage, and spinal cord. Based on initial observations using the Nordic Body Map questionnaire, it was found that Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) are located on the right shoulder, left shoulder and back of coffee farmers. This is due to inefficient and non-ergonomic working postures when farmers harvest coffee. Under these conditions, it can cause a decrease in productivity performance and a decrease in coffee production.
