<![CDATA[Previous studies may have used common methods in measuring digital transformation and in the context of government organizations. This study seeks to answer key questions related to the relationship between digital transformation and innovative work behavior, as well as the mediating role of human resource management. through leader member exchange. The study is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a causal research design with a population of 79 ASN from Indragiri Hilir Regency with a sample in this study of 79 people using the census method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and distribution using Google Form. The data analysis tool in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) processed using SmartPLS 32.9 for data processing. From the findings of this study, it was found that digital transformation has a positive and insignificant effect on innovative work behavior (hypothesis 1 is rejected), digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on human resource behavior (hypothesis 2 is accepted), human resource behavior has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior (hypothesis 3 is accepted) and digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior through human resource behavior (hypothesis 4 is accepted).]]>
