Information and communication technology development has grown significantly and can be applied in all fields. In educational institutions, technology is needed for data processing and information sources, including digital documentation of intellectual works such as scientific papers. Repositories are one way to become a means of storing scholarly works from the academic community at tertiary institutions. They are integrated from the repository of universities and research institutes in Indonesia. The Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in Palu already has a repository, but further arrangements are needed to optimize its utilization. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the condition of the repository information system at the Health Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health in Palu, which has been operating. The PIECES method used for this analysis is expected to produce better proposals for institutional repository information systems. Data was collected using a Likert scale, including five predicate values ranging from positive to negative. In addition, this study uses the RACI diagram to determine the duties and positions responsible for the website repository. Validity and reliability tests were carried out to ensure the validity and reliability of the data obtained from the questionnaire.
