<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Peran kepolisian resor Terhadap penegakan Hukum Tindak Pindana Penipuan Online Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Informasi Transaksi Elektronik, (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor – faktor penghambat penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana penipuan Online yang di lakukan di dunia maya. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum Empiris dengan teknik pengumpulan wawancara langsung kepada pihak terkait. Yaitu beberapa orang penyidik di kepolisian dan Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepolisian resort kota bone mempunyai peran penting dalam penegakan hukum tindak pidana penipuan di dunia maya. Hal ini di dukung oleh pengembangan kapasitas penyidik dan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Namun dalam proses penegakan hukumnya, pihak kepolisian resort kota Bone memiliki beberapa kendala dalam penegakan hukum. Yaitu, dipengaruhi oleh faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor kesadaran masyarakat dan faktor struktur hukum. The research objective is to analyze the role of the resort police in enforcing the online fraud crime law based on the Electronic Transaction Information Law, (2) To find out and analyze the factors inhibiting law enforcement against online fraud crimes committed in cyberspace.
