Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Pernapasan Akut (ISPA) adalah radang akut saluran pernapasan bagian atas maupun bawah. ISPA akan menyerang jika ketahanan tubuh menurun, terutama pada balita. Kejadian ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jambu Hilir terus meningkat setiap tahunnya.Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan paparan asap rokok dalam rumah dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jambu Hilir Kecamatan Kandangan Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat obervasional analitik dengan menggunakan metode case control. Besar sampel dalam penelitian 1:1, dengan 37 kasus dan 37 kontrol total 74 sampel. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji chi-square dan faktor risiko uji odd’s ratio. Hasil uji statistik chi-square menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan paparan asap rokok dengan kejadian ISPA pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jambu Hilir (p=0,005, suhu p=0,004, Kelembapan p=0,006, Luas Ventilasi p=0,004 dan jenis dinding p=0,001). Hasil analisis odd’s ratio menunjukkan variabel paparan asap rokok 4 kali, suhu 1 kali, kelembapan 1 kali, luas ventilasi 1 kali dan jenis dinding 1 kali berisiko terkena ISPA.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian menganalisis Peran kepolisian resor Terhadap penegakan Hukum Tindak Pindana Penipuan Online Berdasarkan Undang-Undang Informasi Transaksi Elektronik, (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis faktor – faktor penghambat penegakan hukum terhadap tindak pidana penipuan Online yang di lakukan di dunia maya. Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian hukum Empiris dengan teknik pengumpulan wawancara langsung kepada pihak terkait. Yaitu beberapa orang penyidik di kepolisian dan Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepolisian resort kota bone mempunyai peran penting dalam penegakan hukum tindak pidana penipuan di dunia maya. Hal ini di dukung oleh pengembangan kapasitas penyidik dan perkembangan teknologi yang ada. Namun dalam proses penegakan hukumnya, pihak kepolisian resort kota Bone memiliki beberapa kendala dalam penegakan hukum. Yaitu, dipengaruhi oleh faktor sarana dan prasarana, faktor kesadaran masyarakat dan faktor struktur hukum. The research objective is to analyze the role of the resort police in enforcing the online fraud crime law based on the Electronic Transaction Information Law, (2) To find out and analyze the factors inhibiting law enforcement against online fraud crimes committed in cyberspace. The author uses empirical legal research methods with direct interview collection techniques with related parties. Namely several investigators in the police and the community. The results of this research indicate that the Bone City resort police have an important role in enforcing the law on criminal fraud in cyberspace. This is supported by developing the capacity of investigators and developments in existing technology. However, in the process of enforcing the law, the Bone City resort police had several obstacles in enforcing the law. Namely, it is influenced by facilities and infrastructure factors, public awareness factors and legal structure factors

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas hubungan antara bentuk negara dan sistem pemerintahan dalam konteks ilmu negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bentuk negara terhadap struktur dan organisasi pemerintahan, hubungan antara bentuk negara dengan jenis sistem pemerintahan (presidensial, parlementer, atau campuran), serta dampaknya terhadap kestabilan dan efektivitas pemerintahan. Artikel ini juga mengeksplorasi berbagai bentuk negara, seperti negara kesatuan dan federal, serta sistem pemerintahan seperti presidensial, parlementer, dan semi-presidensial, dengan memberikan contoh dari berbagai negara tersebut. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa kombinasi bentuk negara dan sistem pemerintahan memengaruhi keberhasilan suatu negara dalam mencapai cita-citanya.

Abstract

Pesantren education in Indonesia plays a fundamental role in the development of Islamic education, yet it still faces the challenges of modernity, including the stigma that its educational system is outdated. This study aims to identify and analyze the forms of reform undertaken in pesantren and their impact on educational quality. A qualitative approach with a literature study method was employed, drawing on relevant journal articles and books on pesantren educational reform. The findings indicate that reform in pesantren education is crucial to addressing contemporary challenges, particularly through curriculum integration that is more aligned with current societal needs and the modernization of educational processes to enhance quality and graduate competitiveness. The results also show that government support and community participation are key factors in driving educational innovation in pesantren, while the involvement of santri in the reform process strengthens the relevance and acceptance of the changes implemented. This study affirms that pesantren educational reform requires sustained synergy among stakeholders to ensure the quality, relevance, and sustainability of pesantren education amid ongoing social change.

Abstract

Islamic philosophy functions not only as an intellectual apparatus but also as a practical guide in everyday life, in which Al-Kindi’s contribution occupies an important position as a bridge between the tradition of Greek philosophy and the Islamic thought that developed in the Arab world. This article aims to identify Al-Kindi’s philosophy of life and analyze its relevance in the context of contemporary plural societies by examining how his ideas can be applied to build morality and ethics in diverse communities. The study employs a qualitative approach using a literature review method, drawing on relevant journal articles and books concerning Al-Kindi’s thought on Islamic ethics. The findings indicate that Al-Kindi’s contribution to Islamic ethics is highly significant and provides a strong foundation for the subsequent development of Islamic philosophical thought, particularly through his exposition of the relationship between God, human beings, and the universe as a comprehensive ethical basis. The significance of his views lies in their capacity to integrate Islamic teachings with classical Greek philosophy and in his emphasis on the role of education in shaping individual character and morality. This study concludes that Al-Kindi’s ethical thought is highly relevant in the modern era, particularly as a conceptual framework for strengthening public ethics and serving as a bridge for interreligious and intercultural dialogue within plural societies.
