<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pelaksanaan Penyidikan yang dilakukan Penyidik Polri dalam Perkara Korupsi belanja modal; (2) mengetahui dan mengalisis Faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan Penyidikan oleh Penyidik Polri dalam perkara Korupsi belanja modal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Wajo pada Satuan Reserse Kriminal Kepolisian Resor Wajo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pelaksanaan penyidikan korupsi belanja modal oleh penyidik pada kepolisian resor wajo kurang efektif. (2) Kapasitas penyidik Polri dalam menangani kasus korupsi belanja modal dinilai bervariasi. Beberapa penyidik memiliki kompetensi yang memadai, sedangkan yang lainnya masih memerlukan pendidikan dan pelatihan lebih lanjut, baik peningkatan kemampuan akademik maupun pengembangan kualifikasi penyidik. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of investigations carried out by National Police Investigators in Capital Expenditure Corruption Cases; (2) know and analyse the factors that influence the implementation of investigations by National Police Investigators in capital expenditure corruption cases. This research was carried out in the Wajo Regency at the Wajo Resort Police Criminal Investigation Unit. The results of the research show that (1) the implementation of capital expenditure corruption investigations by investigators at the Wajo resort police was less effective. (2) The capacity of National Police investigators in handling capital expenditure corruption cases is considered to vary. Some investigators have adequate competence, while others still need further education and training, both improving academic abilities and developing investigator qualifications.]]>
