<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung kepatuhan, Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) serta motivasi kerja dan kemudian mengetahui pengaruh tidak langsung kepatuhan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja melalui risiko kecelakaan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian kuantitatif yaitu suatu penelitian yang pada dasarnya menggunakan pendekatan deduktif-induktif. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan Smart PLS menganalisis outer model, inner model dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap risiko kecelakaan kerja dan kinerja. Kepatuhan, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui risiko kecelakaan kerja. The purpose of this research was to determine the direct effect of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and work motivation and then determine the indirect effect of compliance, occupational safety and health and work motivation on performance through the risk of work accidents. The research method used is to use a quantitative research approach. Quantitative research is a study that basically uses a deductive-inductive approach. The data analysis used to use Smart PLS analyzes the outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing. The results showed that compliance, occupational health and safety and work motivation affect the risk of work accidents and performance. Compliance, occupational health and safety and work motivation also affect performance through the occupational accident risk.]]>
