This study aims to explore the implementation of the Freedom Curriculum through Project-Based Learning (PjBL) at SMPIT Al Fityan Boarding School Bogor. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design, the research investigates implementation strategies, pedagogical impacts, and student learning experience transformation. Data collection methods include in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies involving school principals, teachers, and students. Research results demonstrate that the Freedom Curriculum implementation through PjBL can generate a fundamental transformation in the educational process, developing students' holistic competencies including critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and learning independence. The study produces a practical model of curriculum implementation that is flexible, student-centered, and responsive to contemporary educational dynamics. The findings provide theoretical and practical contributions in developing innovative pedagogical models aligned with the spirit of learning freedom. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka melalui Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) di SMPIT Al Fityan Boarding School Bogor. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian menginvestigasi strategi implementasi, dampak pedagogis, dan transformasi pengalaman belajar siswa. Metode pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi dengan melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka melalui PjBL mampu menghasilkan transformasi fundamental dalam proses pendidikan, mengembangkan kompetensi holistik siswa meliputi kemampuan berpikir kritis, kreativitas, kolaborasi, dan kemandirian belajar. Penelitian menghasilkan model praktis implementasi kurikulum yang fleksibel, berpusat pada siswa, dan responsif terhadap dinamika pendidikan kontemporer. Temuan memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis dalam pengembangan model pedagogis inovatif yang sejalan dengan semangat merdeka belajar.
