PERAN KOMPETENSI KEPRIBADIAN PERDIRJEN GURU DAN TENAGA KEPENDIDIKAN NOMOR 7327/B.B1/HK.03.01/2023 TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN REFLEKSI DI KOMUNITAS BELAJAR KEPALA SEKOLAH

This study aims to examine the role of personality competency of the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel Regulation Number 7327/B.B1/HK.03.01/2023 in the implementation of reflection in the principal learning community of Limo District, Depok City. The research design used was quantitative descriptive, with a purposive sampling technique on 30 principals. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, which were then analyzed to identify the relationship between personality competency and the effectiveness of reflection. The results of the study indicate that the principal's personality competency, especially integrity and self-control, have a significant effect on the effectiveness of reflection implementation. This finding suggests the need to develop the personality competency of the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel Regulation Number 7327/B.B1/HK.03.01/2023 as a basis for improving the quality of reflection in the learning community. This study provides a clearer picture of the importance of the role of personality competency in supporting the effectiveness of reflection in the principal's learning community, which in turn can improve the performance and quality of education in schools. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kompetensi kepribadian Perdirjen Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Nomor 7327/B.B1/HK.03.01/2023 dalam pelaksanaan refleksi di komunitas belajar kepala sekolah Kecamatan Limo, Kota Depok. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan teknik purposive sampling pada 30 kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, yang kemudian dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kompetensi kepribadian dan efektivitas refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi kepribadian kepala sekolah, terutama integritas dan pengendalian diri, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pelaksanaan refleksi. Temuan ini menyarankan perlunya pengembangan kompetensi kepribadian Perdirjen Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Nomor 7327/B.B1/HK.03.01/2023 sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan kualitas refleksi dalam komunitas belajar. Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai pentingnya peran kompetensi kepribadian dalam mendukung efektivitas refleksi di komunitas belajar kepala sekolah, yang pada gilirannya dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah.
