<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik (dosen) Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Negeri Manado. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 orang tenaga pendidik. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis korelasi sederhana dan analisis korelasi berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel Motivasi Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Tenaga pendidik (Y) sebesar 97,40% dengan jumlah thitung> ttabel = 39,1830> 2,01954. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel Budaya organisasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen (Y) sebesar 98,75% dengan jumlah thitung> ttabel = 56,8530 > 2,01954. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya oragnisasi berpengaruh singnifikan terhadap kinerja tenaga pendidik (Y) sebesar 99,40% dengan jumlah fhitung >ftabel = 35,597 > 3,225 Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to determine how the influence of Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on the performance of educators (lecturers) of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Manado State University. The sample in this study amounted to 43 educators. The results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis methods, simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation analysis. The results of the data analysis show that the Work Motivation variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Educators (Y) of 97.40% with the number of t count> t table = 39.1830> 2.01954.
