This article explains how librarians align their roles with the evolution of information technology in managing libraries. Information is becoming a digital native consumption which requires librarians to innovate so that library information can be accessed easily. Librarians also need to have knowledge of technology to make it easier to transfer data from physical to file form. This article focuses on methods for facing the digital era to develop library information needed by the information society. The research method uses case studies and literature studies referenced from previous research. The aim of this research is to introduce the image of digital librarians and the attitudes of librarians in facing the challenges of current technology.
