Abstrak. Program Perbaikan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni menjadi fokus pembangunan di Kabupaten Purwakarta, tercantum dalam Peraturan Bupati No 48 Tahun 2022, Rencana Strategis Dinas Tata Ruang dan Permukiman 2018-2023, dan Peraturan Daerah No 03 Tahun 2021. Beberapa studi terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan program Rutilahu menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti kurangnya koordinasi, minimnya sosialisasi, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, peran swadaya masyarakat yang belum optimal, banyaknya rumah tidak layak huni, dan sasaran program yang tidak tepat. Desa Bojong Barat dipilih sebagai sampel karena penerapan prinsip Ta'awun, keteraturan, dan ketertiban oleh stakeholder, serta relevansi dengan Perdes No. 13 Tahun 2021 tentang Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah Desa 2021-2026. Tujuan studi ini, yaitu terpetakannya peran stakeholder dalam Program Perbaikan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni di Desa Bojong Barat dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan teknik pengumpulan data primer serta sekunder. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode analisis MACTOR. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Pemetaan peran stakeholder dalam Program Perbaikan Rumah Tidak Layak Huni di Desa Bojong Barat Kabupaten Purwakarta berdasarkan analisis MACTOR Matrix of  Direct and Indirect Influences (MDII) didapat 4 tipologi komposisi. Abstract. The Repair of Uninhabitable Houses program is the focus of development in Purwakarta Regency, listed in Regent Regulation No. 48 of 2022, the Strategic Plan of the Spatial Planning and Settlement Office 2018-2023, and Regional Regulation No. 03 of 2021. Several previous studies have shown that the implementation of the Rutilahu program faces various obstacles, such as lack of coordination, lack of socialization, limited human resources, the suboptimal role of community self-help, the large number of uninhabitable houses, and inappropriate program targets. Bojong Barat Village was chosen as a sample due to the application of the principles of Ta'awun, order and regularity by stakeholders, as well as relevance to Perdes No. 13 of 2021 concerning the 2021-2026 Village Medium-Term Development Plan. The purpose of this study is to map the role of stakeholders in the Improvement Program for Non-Habitable Houses in West Bojong Village using purposive sampling method and primary and secondary data collection techniques. Data analysis was conducted using the MACTOR analysis method. The results of the analysis show that mapping the role of stakeholders in the Uninhabitable House Repair Program in West Bojong Village, Purwakarta Regency based on the MACTOR Matrix of Direct and Indirect Influences (MDII) analysis obtained 4 typologies of composition.
