This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of online applications in increasing sales and operational efficiency of Toko Bumbu Baru in Pasar 16 Ilir, Palembang. By applying the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) System method, this study evaluates the impact of the use of digital technology on small and medium enterprises in the field of food trading. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of online applications makes a positive contribution in expanding market reach and increasing customer satisfaction. Recommendations and practical implications for business development are included in this study.
