<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Peran guru dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan sangat besar terhadap pencapaian kualitas pendidikan dikarenakan gurulah yang berhadapan secara langsung dengan peserta didik. Pencapaian keberhasilan pendidikan di sekolah sangat ditentukan oleh kinerja guru. Seorang guru diharuskan mempunyai keahlian dalam merencanakan dan mengelola program pembelajaran sehingga peserta didik dapat belajar secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Pengaruh yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru MAN se-kota Medan, 2) Pengaruh yang signifikan dari supervisi kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru MAN se-kota Medan dan 3) Pengaruh yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru MAN se-kota Medan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research dan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru MAN se-kota Medan yang berjumlah 365 orang dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 55 orang. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru MAN se-kota Medan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05, 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari supervisi kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru MAN se-kota Medan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,049 < 0,05, 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari gaya kepemimpinan dan supervisi kepala madrasah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru MAN se-kota Medan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Supervisi ABSTRACT The role of the teacher in the implementation of education is very large in achieving the quality of education because it is the teacher who deals directly with students. The achievement of educational success in schools is largely determined by the teacher's performance. A teacher is required to have expertise in planning and managing learning programs so that students can learn optimally. This study aims to determine 1) the significant effect of the principal's leadership style on the performance of MAN teachers in Medan city, 2) the significant effect of the supervision of the madrasa head on the performance of MAN teachers in Medan city and 3) the significant effect of the leadership style and supervision of the madrasa head together on the performance of MAN teachers in the city of Medan. This research method uses quantitative research with explanatory research and an ex post facto approach. The population in this study were all MAN teachers in the city of Medan, totaling 365 people and the research sample was 55 people. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 1) There was a significant influence of the leadership style of the madrasah principal on the performance of MAN teachers in Medan city with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, 2) There was a significant influence of the supervision of the madrasah head on the performance of MAN teachers in Medan city with a significance value of 0.049 < 0.05, 3) There is a significant influence of the leadership style and supervision of the madrasa head together on the performance of MAN teachers throughout Medan with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05.
