Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Bagaimana efektivitas kinerja staf administrasi di sekolah MTsS Tarbiyah Auladil Muslimin Terkait Penggunaan Teknologi Informasi Di Tengah Pandemi Covid-19. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis.Administrasi sebagai suatu kegiatan bersama terdapat dimana-mana selama ada manusia yang hidup dan bekerjasama dalam kelompok organisasi tertentu. Administrasi memegang peran penting dalam organisasi manapun hal ini karena sesungguhnya di kantor hanya ada dua urusan, administrasi terdapat peran penting baik itu formal maupun informal yang mempunyai proses kerjasama dua orang atau lebih dengan menggunakan sumber daya kependidikan yang tersedia dan yang dapat diakses untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara berdaya guna dan berhasil guna, MTsS Tarbiyah Auladil Muslimin baik khusus atau pun umum bidang administrasinya staf atau tenaga pendidikan selalu siap dan bisa menyelesaikan setiap permasalahan yang terjadi dengan cara memanajemen administrasi dengan baik didalam kegiatan nya dengan sebagaimana yang sudah direncanakan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management function that is applied to the Santri Disciplinary Court Program at the Darul Ihsan Modern Islamic Boarding School. The management functions that will be examined include program planning functions, program organizing functions, program implementation functions and program monitoring functions. The type of research used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The sources of data in this study are divided into 2, namely primary and secondary data sources. Primary data sources are Islamic Boarding School Leaders, Heads of Boys and Girls Care and students of OPDI administrators as enforcers of disciplinary courts. Secondary data sources are school documents, journals, field notes, and various other documentation. The procedure for collecting research data is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher used Miles and Huberman's data analysis techniques, namely reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. After that, a data validity test was carried out through Credibility, dependability, transferability, and confirmability tests. The results of this study indicate that the Darul Ihsan Modern Islamic Boarding School has implemented a management function in the Disciplinary Court Program which includes program planning by determining disciplinary rules that must be obeyed by students through a meeting mechanism and providing socialization to students about the rules that must be obeyed. Program organization is carried out by the parenting department and assisted by OPDI students. The implementation of the program was carried out by providing discipline coaching and imposing sanctions on violators and supervision carried out by the care section for OPDI students as well as evaluations from the Islamic Boarding School Leaders. Based on this, it can be concluded that the Darul Ihsan Modern Islamic Boarding School, Deli Serdang Regency, has carried out the management function in the disciplinary court program as a form of fostering the character of the students. With this Court Program, the students know the disciplinary rules that they must obey.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat Langkat Regency. The formulation of the problems posed in this study are: 1) Is there a relationship between interpersonal communication and teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat Kab. Depart? 2) Is there a relationship between emotional intelligence and teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat Kab. Depart? 3) Is there a relationship between interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence with teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat, district. Depart? The type of research used is quantitative using a correlational approach, namely research that seeks to see the relationship between variables. The study population was all teachers of MTs Negeri Kab. Langkat numbered 41 people. Because the population is 41 people, the entire population is used as a research sample and is called total sampling. Data were analyzed using data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression. After the research data were analyzed, the following results were obtained: 1) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher interpersonal communication (X 1 ) and teacher achievement motivation (Y) at MTs Negeri Stabat with a strong correlation level at the correlation coefficient value of 0.717. Meanwhile, the value of the ridge strength that occurs between the two variables is 0.717 or 71.7%. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between teachers' emotional intelligence (X 2 ) and achievement motivation (Y) at MTs Negeri Stabat with a strong correlation level at the correlation coefficient value of 0.704. While the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.704 or 70.4%. 3) There is a positive and significant relationship between teacher interpersonal communication (X 1 ) and teacher emotional intelligence (X 2 ) with teacher achievement motivation (Y) at MTs Negeri Stabat at a correlation level of 0.717. Meanwhile, the value of the strength of the relationship that occurs between the two variables is 0.717 or 71.7%. Thus it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between interpersonal communication and teachers' emotional intelligence with teacher achievement motivation at MTs Negeri Stabat Kab. Leave. This means that the higher the interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence of the teacher, the better the achievement motivation of the teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's academic supervision and teacher performance satisfaction on improving the pedagogic competence of teachers in PAB schools, Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a survey method involving teachers. The data was collected by means of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis used instrument validity and instrument reliability. The results of hypothesis testing have a positive and high relationship between the principal's academic supervision and teacher job satisfaction together with the teacher's pedagogic competence. The magnitude of the effect is indicated by the coefficient of determination R2 (R square) = 0.431, meaning that the principal's academic supervision and teacher job satisfaction together have an influence on the teacher's pedagogic competence of 43.1% and the remaining 56.9% is determined by other factors. The results of simple regression analysis show the equation = 32.725 + 0.190X1 + 0.567X2.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of character education management in madrasas, from aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, to controlling/supervising. This type of research is qualitative with descriptive study method. The informants in the study included the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa, the teacher council, the madrasa administration section and students. Data collection was carried out using interview, observation, and document studies. Then, it is analyzed by sorting the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of character education management in madrasas has been carried out well in madrasas. This is a joint effort of the madrasa leadership in collaboration with the teacher council, homeroom teacher, guidance and counseling teachers in monitoring the development of student character. The concrete forms of implementation, namely (1) planning aspects, are implemented through the internalization of character values in the learning curriculum that refers to the vision, mission, and goals of the madrasa; (2) the organizing aspect, in the form of division of tasks and the provision of SK from the madrasa leadership to teachers and extracurricular trainers according to the development of students' interests and talents; (3) implementation aspects, in the form of learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom based on the integration of character values, as well as extracurricular activities in the form of developing the potential of students based on the madrasa climate with character and displaying the features of the teacher's role model for students; and (4) aspects of control/supervision, cooperation between internal and external parties of the madrasa (surrounding community) in monitoring the development of student character, both in class and outside the classroom.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the management of the 2013 curriculum development in increasing the effectiveness of learning at the Al Hidayah CK Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Medan Polonia District. This research is a type of qualitative research using a descriptive approach. In gathering this information, the researcher will carry out observations and interviews with the head of the Madrasah, deputy head of the Madrasah for Curriculum, and teachers and other parties concerned with this research. The results of the research concluded that the madrasa head's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum is already running, but the weakness lies in the teachers and parents of the students, because teachers have not thoroughly reflected the 2013 curriculum in the classroom as a result, this has an impact on the effectiveness of learning using the 2013 curriculum. It is difficult to develop the 2013 curriculum. , and in terms of assessment, it is not very effective, where the 2013 curriculum is thematic, the final results of the report cards are per field of study. In conclusion, the madrasa head's policy is not in line with the teacher's wishes, or the teacher does not respond to the policies set by the madrasa head. This has an impact on ineffective coordination between an organization within an educational institution so that the problem of who regulates and who is regulated is unclear, so that it becomes The strength of this research is to understand the direction of the Al Hidayah CK Medan Polonia madrasah

Abstract

This research was motivated by the researcher's interest in the Islamic Personal Development program at SMP IT Al-Hijrah which in fact is the flagship program of the JSIT curriculum (Integrated Islamic School Network) which is able to shape students' Islamic personalities. The purpose of this study is to identify the management of the Islamic Personal Development program in shaping the morals of students in SMP IT Al-Hijrah starting from the planning, organizing, implementing and supervision stages. The method used in this study is qualitative with a phenomenological approach with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study are (1) BPI program planning in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah including setting goals, forming organizational structures and tasks, schedules, materials as well as grouping students and assessments. (2) The organization of the BPI program is carried out by forming an organizational structure along with its role. (3) The implementation of the BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) Program in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah is carried out in groups in accordance with BPI rules every Monday from 07.00-10.00 WIB. (4) Supervision of the BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) program in shaping the morals of students at SMP IT Al-Hijrah is carried out by monitoring, reporting, follow-up, assessment and evaluation. Based on the findings of the research above, the Management of the Islamic Personal Development Program in shaping the morals of students at Al-Hijrah IT Junior High School is that it has succeeded in shaping the morals of students but has not been maximized. Factors that influence the inadequacy of this program are Human Resources or BPI (Bina Pribadi Islam) Coaches that do not yet fully exist, lack of parental control at home, lack of innovation or new ideas in BPI management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the tahfiz program is run at SDIT Anak Sholeh in Hinai District, Langkat Regency, with the goal of raising the standard of Islamic education. Data is gathered by observation, interviews, and documentation studies using a qualitative, descriptive methodology. Teachers who teach the Tahfiz of the Qur'an, as well as the head of the madrasa and the deputy head for curriculum, served as research subjects. According to the research findings, improving the quality of madrasas necessitates paying attention to the extracurricular activities of students, the performance of madrasa heads, and the availability of suitable facilities and infrastructure. governance over finances for instruction, scheduling, and buildings and infrastructure are additional essential tools for the madrasa head's effective governance. Madrasah quality assurance initiatives include supporting teacher career progression, raising graduation rates, and assessing education reports. In summary, this study highlights the importance of madrasa heads focusing on critical elements such extracurricular activities, teacher competency, facilities and infrastructure, and performance in order to improve the caliber of madrasas. Additionally essential to raising the caliber of Islamic education at SDIT Anak Sholeh are efficient control and quality assurance.
