Given the economic conditions of the people who are experiencing a downturn after Covid 19. And coconut farmers can process their coconuts into a product, namely coconut chips, in order to increase the selling price of coconuts. This is one of the efforts to improve the community's economy, especially coconut farmers. This is because coconut chips are still foreign to society, because coconut chips have not been widely marketed. So this is an opportunity for farmers to process their coconut into coconut chips. Kelapa banyak digunakan untuk berbagai macam sajian Produk. Kelapa biasa dijadikan bahan memasak, membuat minyak dan sebagainya. Olahan dari kelapa juga banyak ditemui karena memang buah kelapa sangat dibutuhkan setiap harinya. Kelapa selain bisa digunakan untuk membuat aneka jenis makanan juga bisa dibuat camilan renyah yaitu keripik kelapa. keripik kelapa menjadi olahan yang menarik dari bahan kelapa. Rasa kelapa pada keripik kelapa ini krispi dan lezat, cocok dijadikan camilan. Olahan kelapa yang dijadikan keripik ini pun banyak diminati, untuk itu peluang usaha keripik kelapa layak untuk dipertimbangkan, bagi masyarakat di desa teluk jira, karena daerah teluk jira banyak dijumpai petani kelapa. Selain dapat sebagai camilan, keripik kelapa juga dapat menjadi salah satu produk usaha mikro kecil menengah yang telah penulis praktekkan dengan ibu PKK dan telah dilakukan penjualan, guna peningkatan perekonomian masayarakat di desa Teluk Jira, Kecamatan Tempuling, Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir. Mengingat kondisi perekonomian masyarakat yang mengalami keterpurukkan pasca covid 19. Dan para petani kelapa dapat mengolah kelapanya menjadi suatu produk yaitu keripik kelapa, agar meningkatkan harga jual kelapa. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu upaya perbaikan perekonomian masyarakat khususnya petani kelapa. Hal terebut dikarenakan, Keripik kelapa masih asing di tengah masyarakat, sebab keripik kelapa memang belum banyak dipasarkan. Sehingga ini merupakan kesempatan bagi petani untuk mengolah kelapanya menjadi keripik kelapa.]]>
