The quality assurance of education plays a critical role in realizing the long-term vision of schools aimed at improving educational quality and preparing students for future challenges. Schools face the challenge of ensuring that all educational processes, from planning to evaluation, align with the established standards and support the school's vision. This study explores how educational quality assurance can contribute to achieving school visions by reviewing existing literature. Using a qualitative approach and literature review methodology, this research analyzes various sources, including academic journals, books, and government regulations related to quality assurance and school management. The analysis focuses on key components of quality assurance, such as setting educational standards, effective school management, continuous teacher professional development, and active stakeholder participation. These components are critical in aligning short-term goals with long-term visions, ensuring consistent improvement in educational outcomes. The study also addresses challenges schools face in implementing quality assurance, such as limited resources, resistance to change, and the lack of understanding and consistent application of quality standards across different schools. The findings suggest that overcoming these challenges requires collaborative efforts from the government, schools, teachers, students, and parents. Effective leadership, robust monitoring, and flexible policies are essential for successful implementation. Ultimately, quality assurance can serve as an effective tool for driving continuous improvement in schools and ensuring that the school's vision is realized through high-quality education.
