<![CDATA[A coffee shop is a place that is often visited by people from various socio-cultural backgrounds to gather and discuss. Student activities are very busy with various things such as lectures, organizations, and assignments. But they also need entertainment when they feel tired from their activities and going to a coffee shop is one of the choices taken by students to entertain themselves. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the pattern of student interaction at the coffee shop and the negative and positive impacts of student social interaction at the Alammalam coffee shop on Jl. Bondowoso intersection No. 1B, Gading Kasri, Klojen District, Malang City. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach with the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the interaction pattern of students who go to coffee shops shows a pattern of cooperation (cooperation) in terms of a joint effort between individuals or groups, the goal is to achieve one or several common goals. Cooperation arises when people realize that they have common interests and at the same time have sufficient knowledge and self-control. Warung kopi merupakan tempat yang sering dikunjungi oleh masyarakat berbagai latar belakang, sosial budaya untuk berkumpul dan berdiskusi. Aktivitas mahasiswa sangat sibuk dengan berbagai hal seperti kuliah, organisasi, namun mereka juga membutuhkan hiburan ketika merasa lelah dengan aktivitasnya dan pergi ke warung kopi menjadi salah satu pilihan yang diambil mahasiswa untuk menghibur diri. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola interaksi mahasiswa di Warung kopi, dampak negatif dan positif interaksi sosial mahasiswa di warung kopi Alammalam di Jl. Simpang Bondowoso No. 1B, Gading Kasri Kecamatan Klojen Kota Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Teknik analisis data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola interaksi mahasiswa yang pergi ke warung kopi menunjukkan pola kerja sama (cooperation) untuk mencapai satu atau beberapa tujuan bersama. Interaksi mahasiswa di warung kopi memiliki beberapa pengaruh positif yaitu sebagai tempat bersantai untuk menghilangkan kejenuhan, tempat mengadakan pertemuan dan tempat berdiskusi. Interaksi ini juga memberi dampak negatif yaitu kurangnya kesadaran mengatur waktu.]]>
