<![CDATA[This research aims to develop an interactive PowerPoint for learning vocabulary on crime and crime and social media material. The research subjects were 39 students majoring in English education at Riau University in the first year. Researchers apply Research and Development (R&D). The instruments used were interviews, material expert validation sheets, media expert validation sheets, and pedagogy expert validation sheets, as well as student response questionnaires. The research results obtained show that the average results of the media expert's assessment for interactive PowerPoint with crime and criminal and social media material was 89.4%, and the material expert's assessment for crime and criminal and social media material was 98.5% while the pedagogical expert's assessment for crime and crime and social media material, it received a score of 100%, which means it is classified as "very valid", then from the results of the student response questionnaire, a score percentage of 82.76% was obtained in the 'very appropriate' category for PowerPoint interactive for crime and criminal material and 83 .47% are in the 'very suitable' category for interactive PowerPoint on social media material. Therefore, the interactive PowerPoint was declared valid and suitable for use as a vocabulary learning medium for English language education students.]]>
