This research aims to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction of PT Anugerah Amal Citrabogatama (AA Catering Pekanbaru). The population in this research is customers from AA Catering in 1 year, namely in 2023, totaling 313 people. The sample used in this research was 76 people using the Slovin formula. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with linear regression analysis tools. The results of this research show that: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on AA Catering Pekanbaru customer satisfaction, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. AA Catering Pekanbaru customers, 3) Product quality and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on AA Catering Pekanbaru customer satisfaction.
