ABSTRAK Masalah kekurangan gizi telah menunjukkan perbaikan yang menggembirakan tetapi secara khusus masalah kurang gizi kronis dalam bentuk anak Stunting belum menunjukkan perkembangan yang menggembirakan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap dan keterampilan ibu balita dan kader posyandu tentang Stunting dan Makanan Anti Stunting. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah Ibu Balita dan kader posyandu di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Batang Beruh Sidikalang berjumlah 119 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ada 3 tahapan : pertama melaksanakan pre test; kedua memberikan edukasi melalui ceramah dan demonstrasi dan ketiga melakukan evaluasi atau post test test. Hasil yang didapatkan Pengetahuan ibu balita dan kader posyandu sebelum edukasi mayoritas kurang sebanyak 71,43% tetapi setelah diberikan edukasi menjadi mayoritas baik sebanyak 68,91%. Ibu balita dan kader posyandu yang mempunyai sikap negative ada 60,50% tetapi setelah diberikan edukasi menurun signifikan yang bersikap negative menjadi 22,69%. Keterampilan sasaran baik ibu balita maupun kader posyandu balita tentang pengolahan makanan anti Stunting sebelum dilakukan edukasi adalah mayoritas kurang 62,19% dan setelah diberikan edukasi menjadi mayoritas baik sebanyak 66,38%. Pada saaat dilakukan evaluasi kegiatan satu bulan setelah pelaksanaan kegiatan didapati hasil pengetahuan ibu balita dan kader posyandu tentang Stunting dan makanan anti Stunting mayoritas pada kategori baik sebanyak 66,39%, cukup 23,53% dan kurang 10,08%, gambaran sikap mayoritas adalah positif sebanyak 78,99% dan masih ada juga yang bersikap negatif sebanyak 21,01% Kata Kunci: Edukasi Stunting, Pengolahan Makanan Anting, Ibu Balita dan Kader Posyandu ABSTRACT The problem of malnutrition has shown encouraging improvements, but in particular the problem of chronic malnutrition in the form of stunted children has not shown encouraging progress.
