<![CDATA[Abstrak Penilaian kualitas rekam medis elektronik sangat penting dilakukan agar hasil yang dicapai optimal. Penilaian Akan diketahui setelah dilakukannya pengukuran, apakah kualitas rekam medis elektronik tersebut termasuk kategori baik atau buruk. Menilai kualitas rekam medis elektronik di rumah sakit untuk memastikan bahwa sistem informasi dapat berfungsi efektif dan efisien.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kualitas dari penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik serta mencegah terjadi kegagalan dalam penggunaan Rekam Medis Elektronik di RSUD DR. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Mojokerto.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pengukuran teknik metode McCall. Populasi penelitian petugas yang menggunakan aplikasi rekam medis elektronik sejumlah 100 0rang, sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Proses evaluasi dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan pengukuran dengan menggunakan variabel pada metode McCall yaitu: correctness, reliability, efficiency, integrity, usability, maintainability, flexibility, testability, portability, reusability, interoperability. Hasil penelitian dari perhitungan menggunakan metode McCall untuk setiap variabel, ditemukan bahwa presentase rekam medis elektronik di Rumah Sakit DR. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo di Mojokerto sebesar 44% berada dalam kategori yang cukup baik. Faktor usability memiliki presentase terendah sebesar 38%, sedangkan faktor integrity memiliki presentase tertinggi sebesar 80%.Presentase rekam medis elektronik di Rumah Sakit DR. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo di Mojokerto sebesar 44% berada dalam kategori yang cukup baik. Rumah Sakit sudah menggunakan rekam medis elektronik dan meningkatkan keamanan software yang hanya dapat diakses oleh pihak terotorisasi dan mencegah pengaksesan oleh pihak tidak berwenang seperti dilengkapi dengan username dan password sehingga hanya dapat akses oleh pihak yang mempunyai akun tersebut.
