<![CDATA[ABSTRAKDiperlukan usaha yang maksimal dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Salah satunya adalah memilih karyawan terbaik guna menstimulus karyawan agar meningkatkan kinerjanya. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, maka dari itu perusahaan sangat perlu melakukan proses penentuan karyawan terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakn metode Weighted Product untuk melakukan pemilihan karyawan terbaik. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan 15 data alternatif dan 5 kriteria, sehingga mayoritas yang memiliki nilai tertinggi dari beberapa alternatif yang memiliki perioritas tertinggi dengan kode “A08” memiliki nilai hasil akhir “0.12235” sehingga berhak menjadi karyawan terbaik. Pada penelitian ini juga diimplementasikan sistem informasi berbasis web dengan bahasa pemerograman PHP dan database MySQL, sehingga sistem informasi yang akan dihasilkan dapat dimanfaatkan dan mudah diakses serta digunakan oleh intansi dalam menentukan karyawan terbaiknya.
