<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis pelaksanaan penyelesaian sengketa melalui mediasi secara elektronik Di Pengadilan Agama; (2) mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan mediasi secara elektronik di Pengadilan Agama. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) efektivitas Penyelesaian Sengketa Melalui Mediasi Secara Elektronik. Di Pengadilan Agama ditinjau dari PERMA Nomor 3 tahun 2022 belum berjalan dengan efektif meskipun telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedurnya, mulai dari pra mediasi hingga hasil kesimpulan dari mediasi; (2) masih terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan mediasi secara elektronik di Pengadilan Agama yaitu faktor penghambat dan factor pendukung. Hal ini berarti bahwa efektivitas penyelesaian sengketa melalui mediasi secara elektronik di Pengadilan Agama memerlukan perhatian dan dukungan penuh dari pihak-pihak terkait termasuk sarana dan prasarana yang memadai agar dapat mencapai hasil yang maksimal. The research objective is to analyze the implementation of dispute resolution through electronic mediation in the Religious Courts; (2) knowing the factors that influence the implementation of electronic mediation in the Religious Courts. This research is empirical. The research results show: (1) the effectiveness of Dispute Resolution through Electronic Mediation. In the Religious Courts, given PERMA Number 3 of 2022, it has not been implemented effectively even though it has been carried out by the procedures, starting from pre-mediation to the conclusion of the mediation; (2) there are still factors that influence the implementation of electronic mediation in the Religious Courts, namely inhibiting factors and supporting factors. This means that the effectiveness of dispute resolution through electronic mediation in the Religious Courts requires full attention and support from the relevant parties including adequate facilities and infrastructure to achieve maximum results]]>
