<![CDATA[The rapid development of digital technology has had a major impact on various aspects of people's lives, including the emergence of the online gambling phenomenon. Online gambling is now a serious social problem because it has a negative impact on the morals of law enforcement officers, the economy, and the social life of the Indonesian people (Indrawan & Yuliawati, 2020). On the other hand, corrupt behavior involving individuals in Communication and Digitalization (Komdigi) has worsened the condition. This study aims to examine the influence of the development of online gambling on the lack of morals of law enforcement officers, as well as its impact on the decline in the social economy of the community. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with primary data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and questionnaires to affected communities (Sugiyono, 2018). The results of the study show that the rise of online gambling is closely related to weak legal supervision due to corrupt behavior, which ultimately worsens the economic conditions of the community. These findings provide recommendations for the government to increase supervision of online gambling and strengthen the moral integrity of law enforcement officers through institutional reform and strict law enforcement. Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah memberikan dampak besar terhadap berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat, termasuk munculnya fenomena judi online. Judi online kini menjadi masalah sosial yang serius karena memberikan dampak negatif pada moral aparat hukum, ekonomi, dan kehidupan sosial masyarakat Indonesia (Indrawan & Yuliawati, 2020). Di sisi lain, perilaku korupsi yang melibatkan oknum dalam Komunikasi dan Digitalisasi (Komdigi) semakin memperburuk kondisi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh berkembangnya judi online terhadap kurangnya moral aparat hukum, serta dampaknya terhadap menurunnya ekonomi sosial masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara mendalam dan kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang terdampak (Sugiyono, 2018). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa maraknya judi online erat kaitannya dengan lemahnya pengawasan hukum akibat perilaku korupsi, yang pada akhirnya memperburuk kondisi ekonomi masyarakat. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi agar pemerintah meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap judi online serta memperkuat integritas moral aparat hukum melalui reformasi institusional dan penegakan hukum yang tegas.]]>
