Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap sukses kepemimpinan project support officer proyek power plant 1.060 MW di Kalimantan Utara Kabupaten Bulungan dan menganalisis bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut dapat mempengaruhi peran sukses kepemimpinan project support officer proyek power plant 1.060 MW di Kalimantan Utara Kabupaten Bulungan.
