<![CDATA[Abstrak - Penerapan teknologi informasi dalam bidang kesehatan, khususnya di Puskesmas, begitu penting guna mengoptimalkan efisiensi dan efektivitas layanan kesehatan. Sistem informasi rekam medis berbasis web yang direncanakan di Puskesmas Susoh bertujuan untuk mempermudah pengumpulan dan pengelolaan data pasien, yang hingga kini dikerjakan secara manual dan memakan waktu. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan proses registrasi, pengarsipan, dan pelaporan dapat dilakukan lebih cepat dan akurat, mengurangi beban kerja petugas kesehatan. Metode Agile yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini memungkinkan pendekatan yang fleksibel dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Melalui tahapan requirement, design, development, testing, dan deployment, sistem informasi rekam medis diharapkan bisa mewujudkan kebutuhan Puskesmas dalam menyediakan layanan kesehatan yang lebih optimal masyarakat.
