Abstrak - Di era transformasi digital yang semakin berkembang, penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi kebutuhan mendesak di banyak bidang, termasuk manajemen inventaris. FI Technology, sebuah perusahaan dengan kebutuhan perangkat kunak dari klien, menghadapi tantangan besar dalam pengelolaan inventaris manual, yang sering kali menyebabkan inefisiensi operasional, kesalahan dalam pencatatan, dan keterlambatan pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem inventaris berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Laravel, yang dirancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manajemen inventaris yang terintegrasi, akurat, dan efisien. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan yaitu waterfall meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Sistem dilengkapi dengan fitur pengelolaan inventari salmamater dan baju, pelaporan, dan otorisasi berbasis peran. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan memberikan visibilitas inventaris secara real-time. Sistem yang dikembangkan memberikan solusi lengkap terhadap tantangan manajemen inventaris di FI Technology dari kebutuhan klien dan memberikan fleksibilitas untuk pertumbuhan lebih lanjut manfaat tersebut, penerapan sistem berbasis Laravel tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan jangka pendek bisnis tetapi juga mendukung keberlanjutan dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan teknologi di masa depan.Kata kunci: Sistem Inventori, Framework Laravel, Metode Waterfall. Abstract - In the era of growing digital transformation, the application of information technology has become an urgent need in many areas, including inventory management. FI Technology, a company with software requirements from clients, faces great challenges in manual inventory management, which often leads to operational inefficiencies, errors in recording, and delays in reporting. This research aims to develop a web-based inventory system using the Laravel framework, designed to meet the needs of integrated, accurate, and efficient inventory management. The research methodology uses a development model, namely waterfall, including the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is equipped with features of salmamater and shirt inventory management, reporting, and role-based authorization. Test results show that the system can reduce recording errors, improve operational efficiency and provide real-time inventory visibility. The developed system provides a complete solution to the challenges of inventory management at FI Technology from the client's needs and provides flexibility for further growth. As such, the implementation of a Laravel-based system not only meets the short-term needs of the business but also supports sustainability and adaptation to future technological changes.Keywords: Inventory System, Laravel Framework, Waterfall Method.
