Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality, location, service quality and word of mouth communication on purchasing decisions at Mixue Ice Cream business in Bandarlampung City. The sample in this study are consumers who have purchased Mixue Ice Cream products at outlets in the city of Bandarlampung. Analysis of the research data uses construction techniques that can simultaneously test the measurement model as well as test the structural model with the SPSS test tool.The results of this study indicate that purchasing decisions in the Mixue Ice Cream business in Bandarlampung City are influenced by the variables of product quality, location, service quality, word of mouth communication. Keywords: Product quality, location, service quality, word of mouth communication, and purchasing decisions  ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, lokasi, kualitas pelayanan dan word of mouth communication terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mixue Ice Cream di Kota Bandarlampung. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang sudah pernah membeli produk Mixue Ice Cream di gerai yang ada di Kota bandarlampung. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik persamaan struktural yang secara simultan dapat melakukan pengujian model pengukuran sekaligus pengujian model struktural dengan alat uji SPSS.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan pembeliaan pada usaha Mixue Ice Cream di Kota Bandarlampung dipengaruhi oleh variabel kualitas produk, lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, word of mouth communication. Kata kunci : Kualitas produk, lokasi, kualitas pelayanan, word of mouth communication, dan keputusan pembelian
