Abstract

Abstract: In the rapidly developing digital era, the need for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adopt information technology is becoming increasingly urgent. In Indonesia, culinary MSMEs have a major contribution to the national economy. However, many of these MSMEs still face obstacles in utilizing digital technology to support their business, such as limitations in accessing wider markets and facing increasingly fierce competition. A websitebased virtual service system can be a solution to help culinary MSMEs promote products, increase interaction with customers, and expand market reach. Keywords: Design, Kuliner, Virtual Service,UMKM, Website Abstrak: Dalam era digital yang semakin berkembang pesat, kebutuhan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk mengadopsi teknologi informasi menjadi semakin mendesak. Di Indonesia, UMKM kuliner memiliki kontribusi besar terhadap perekonomian nasional. Namun, banyak dari UMKM ini yang masih menghadapi kendala dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital untuk mendukung bisnis mereka, seperti keterbatasan dalam mengakses pasar yang lebih luas dan menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat.
