KEPUASAN KONSUMEN FLOREAN PARFUM: ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to empirically examine the contribution of factors influencing consumer satisfaction with Florean Parfume among students at one of the University in Medan. The population in this study consisted of 286 students. The sample in this study also consisted of 286 students, using a total sampling technique. The method employed was a quantitative descriptive approach, allowing the researcher to systematically describe and analyze the data. The data analysis technique used was factor analysis, which aims to identify the dominant factors influencing consumer satisfaction. Based on the analysis results, it was found that product quality is the most dominant factor influencing customer satisfaction, with a loading value of 0.804. Furthermore, service quality showed an influence with a value of 0.764, and price had an influence with a value of 0.801. The results of this study indicate that product quality, price, and service quality play important roles in shaping consumer satisfaction. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, students Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis secara empiris terkait kontribusi faktor-faktor yang  mempengaruhi kepuasan  konsumen Florean Parfum pada Mahasiswa di salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 286 mahasiswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 286 mahasiswa dengan teknik total sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriftif kuantitatif, dimana peneliti dapat menggambarkan dan menganalisis data secara sistematis. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan berupa uji analysis factor, dimana bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dominan yang mempengarhi kepuasan konsumen. Berdasasrkan hasil analisis, diketahui faktor kualitas produk merupakan faktor yang paling dominasi dalam mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen dengan nilai loading sebesar 0,804. Selanjutnya faktor kualitas pelayanan menunjukkan pengaruh dengan nilai 0,764 dan faktor harga memiliki pengaruh dengan nilai 0.801. hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk kepuasan konsumen.  Kata kunci: Kepuasan Konsumen, Mahasiswa
